GENERAL GUIDELINES

 

Our production times are based on our receiving press-ready art.

 

FILE FORMATS

The preferred file format is a "Press-Ready" .pdf.  We also accepts original Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop files as well as .eps and .tif files.

• For projects requiring edge-to-edge printing, add 1/8" bleed on all sides.

• Standard color mode: CMYK

• AVOID Missing Font Errors -- Convert all type to graphic format before saving final artwork.

• Save artwork at 300dpi at 100% of size. 

 

Submitting Artwork

• If file is 10mb or less, send artwork directly to your representative using email.

• If file is larger than 10mb, your sales representative will provide you with instructions for uploading the file.

Need help with your layout?  No problem.  Artwork services are available.  Please contact your sales representative for assistance. 

 

TEMPLATES 

For your convenience, artwork templates are available to assist with proper layout and placement. Your sales rep can provide the correct template for your project.

 

DIGITAL PROOFING

Unless requested otherwise, projects are proofed via digital proof.  Paper proofs and preproduction proofs can be arranged as needed.
